Pastry And Bakery (NVQ LEVEL 04)
This program shall cover basic Knowledge of preparation of short Crust Paste, Jam Tarts, Coconut Turnover, Top Jam Tarts, Biscuits, Bread Rolls, Sponge, Cake, Swiss Roll, Yule-log, etc and many other bakery products including Chocolates. After this program you can work with catering companies, bakery shops, fast food chain, etc. However apart from this self-employment through entrepreneurship can also be chosen.
- Program duration is 4 months + 6 Months on the job training
